Welcome to JCube KPO Services Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of our GST Notices Management, Office Management, and related software solutions ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

2.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, business-related purposes.

2.2 You are responsible for all activities conducted using your login credentials. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.

2.3 You agree not to upload or share any content that:

• infringes intellectual property rights,
• is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal,
• contains viruses or malicious code,
• impersonates another person or entity.

3.1 The Platform offers tools for GST notice management, compliance tracking, document organization, communication management, and office workflow management.

3.2 The Platform does not provide income‑tax filing services or investment advisory services. Any earlier references to income tax filing or financial transactions are not applicable.

3.3 The Platform may link to external websites or government portals (such as GSTN). These are controlled by third parties, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you upload.

4.2 While we strive to provide updated tools and features, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of compliance reminders, notices, alerts, or auto‑generated data.

4.3 Information available on the Platform is for general assistance and workflow management only and should not be treated as professional advice.

5.1 To access the Platform, you must register by providing accurate contact information.

5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

5.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.

6.1 Subscription fees, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase or renewal.

6.2 Payments made for subscription services are non‑refundable except where legally required.

6.3 Declined or unauthorized payments are the responsibility of the user.

7.1 The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access to the Platform.

7.3 We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by:

• internet issues,
• server outages,
• government system downtime (e.g., GST portal),
• natural disasters, labour strikes, cyberattacks, or similar events.

All content, design, software, text, images, and materials on the Platform are the property of JCube KPO Services Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9.1 We do not request confidential or proprietary information beyond what is necessary for account setup and usage.

9.2 Any information uploaded to the Platform remains your property.

9.3 We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to receive necessary service communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in‑app alerts.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. You may discontinue use at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Platform is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
• we provide no warranties, express or implied.
• we are not liable for loss of data, lost profits, compliance failures, or business interruption.
• our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid for the current billing period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tirupur/Tamil Nadu.
